How long does it take to complete an order?

We use DHL Express and FedEx for shipping. With express delivery, shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days.
Are the watch cushions made to be soft? May they cause any harm to my watch?
Our watch cushions are crafted to provide maximum comfort, softness, and flexibility, ensuring your watches feel exceptionally at ease.
I have a very big or small wrist size and can I request a custom-made cushions?

Are the interiors of the products made of fabric or leather?
We use only extra soft genuine suede leather on the interior of our products.

How are the products packaged?
Our products are packaged in original Bosphorus branded boxes, dustbags, and outer protective boxes. If the item you've ordered is heavy or has the potential to break, it will be sent with a custom wooden crate for maximum protection, ensuring safe delivery.
Where do you produce your products?
All of our products are manufactured in Turkey by Bosphorus's master skilled and experienced artisans.
Are your products genuinely handmade?
