While you are closing your watch case, the interior face of the upper shutter does not touch to the watches! There is a gap that we remain to prevent a scratch! Our craftsmen also apply a sort of special pad between the leather and skeleton of the case to prevent probable shocks! It is possible to remove the tray (insert) while you want to save your watches in your safe!

Upon purchasing Bosphorus Leather Next-Day Shipping product(s), your order will be dispatched the following day via DHL Express or FedEx/TNT Express Carrier. (Please note that orders placed on Saturdays will be shipped on Mondays as delivery services are unavailable on Sundays.)

As we do not maintain a ready stock, the crafting of your order begins post-purchase, typically requiring nearly 30 days to be ready for shipment. Once ready, the shipping period generally spans 2-5 business days to reach your doorstep, as stated by the delivery companies.

Following a thorough Quality Control Process, your order is shipped via DHL Express or FedEx/TNT delivery services, and a tracking number is provided for online tracking.

WARRANTY
Bosphorus Leather's Warranty Policy is designed to be as straightforward as our Refund Policy. Our warranty covers all products for a period of two (2) years from the date the Buyer receives the Product.
During the warranty period, Bosphorus Leather commits to replacing, at no additional cost, any Products deemed faulty by the Buyer, as well as repairing any operational malfunctions reported by the Buyer.
In every case, Bosphorus Leather retains the right to verify any reported defects through any means or methods deemed necessary, without any obstruction from the Buyer to the personnel designated by Bosphorus Leather for such verification.
